Your Responsibilities

Preparation of regular reports for the Management Board, Supervisory Board and management
Monthly review of results and performance against targets and budget projections
Developing key performance indicators to measure the performance of sales and laboratory operations
Monitoring key performance indicators for operational and production processes
Implementation and further development of reporting and control tools
Creating comparable reporting standards to support financial and operational decisions
Communicate with supervisors and management on variances or forecasts that may impact revenue, cycle times and other services
Support departments in identifying and resolving efficiency, capacity and resource planning challenges
Ad hoc analyses
Utilize various internal data sources such as Gepado, D365, HRworks, SalesForce and statistics from other departments

Your profile

Completed studies with a focus on finance and controlling or equivalent training
First professional experience is an advantage, ideally in the life science environment
At least a good command of English
Confident handling of MS Office (such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Reliable knowledge of common controlling methods
Team player, strong communication and good organizational skills

Deine Aufgaben

Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte für den Vorstand, den Aufsichtsrat und das Management
Monatliche Überprüfung der Ergebnisse und der Leistung anhand von Zielen und Budgetprojektionen
Entwicklung von Kennzahlen zur Messung der Leistung des Vertriebs und des Laborbetriebs
Überwachung der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren für Betriebs- und Produktionsprozesse
Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Berichts- und Kontrollinstrumenten
Erstellung vergleichbarer Berichtsstandards zur Unterstützung finanzieller und operativer Entscheidungen
Kommunikation mit Vorgesetzten und Management über Abweichungen oder Vorhersagen, die sich auf die Einnahmen, Durchlaufzeiten und andere Dienstleistungen auswirken können
Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Identifizierung und Lösung von Herausforderungen in Bezug auf Effizienz, Kapazitäten- und Ressourcenplanung
Ad-hoc-Analysen
Nutzung verschiedener interner Datenquellen wie Gepado, D365, HRworks, SalesForce und Statistiken aus anderen Abteilungen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise im Life-Science-Umfeld
Mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (wie Excel, PowerPoint und Word)
Zuverlässige Kenntnisse der gängigen Controlling-Methoden
Teamplayer, Kommunikationsstark und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
