Your Responsibilities
Depending on you skills you may work in different laboratory groups, possible responsibilities are:
- RNA / DNA isolation from different material types
- Work in the Cell culture department
- Performance of molecular genetic analyzes using different technologies (e.g. PCR, MLPA, NGS)
- Preparation of PCRs, DNA and RNA libraries, quality control, and Sanger as well as NGS sequencing.
- Handling of state of the art Equipment and liquid handlers
- Documentation in LIMS
- Biobanking of patient samples
- Laboratory organization according to international quality standards (ISO/ CAP/ CLIA)
