BI Dashboard Developer

Your Responsibilities

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
Design and implement financial and operational dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements
Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to visualization standards
Optimize existing BI solutions and continuously improve the reporting landscape

Your profile

Several years of hands-on experience in dashboard development with Power BI
Solid knowledge of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and integrating various data sources
Experience in creating management reports and KPIs in financial and operational contexts
Analytical and structured mindset with a keen eye for effective visualization
Additional experience with Tableau is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required

Entwicklung und Pflege interaktiver Dashboards und Reports in Microsoft Power BI
Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Finanz- und operativen Dashboards zur Unterstützung datengetriebener Entscheidungen
Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Anforderungsaufnahme und -analyse
Sicherstellung der Datenqualität, Konsistenz und Visualisierungsstandards
Optimierung bestehender BI-Lösungen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Reporting-Landschaft

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Dashboards mit Power BI
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung, DAX, Power Query und der Integration unterschiedlicher Datenquellen
Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Management-Reports und KPIs im Finanz- und Betriebsumfeld
Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise mit einem Auge für gute Visualisierung
Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Tableau sind von Vorteil
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
