Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly qualified Sales Representative to expand our operations in the genetics market. The professional will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, developing business opportunities, and strengthening our positioning in the sector. We seek someone with extensive experience in the Brazilian market, a strong network of contacts in the B2B sector, and solid knowledge in the healthcare, health insurance, and pharmaceutical industries.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the genetics market
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors
  • Conduct high-level commercial negotiations, ensuring sustainable company growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the organization's objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellence in customer service
  • Monitor market trends and competition to anticipate opportunities and challenges

Your profile
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the healthcare, health insurance, or pharmaceutical sector
  • Active and relevant network of contacts in the Brazilian market and preferably in the LATAM region
  • Exceptional negotiation and business development skills
  • Technical and commercial knowledge of the genetics sector will be a plus
  • Degree in healthcare or related fields
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus
  • Proactive, results-oriented profile with strong analytical skills
  • Availability for travel and participation in industry events
