We are seeking a Regional Sales Director with a strong background in reproductive genetics, assisted reproduction (IVF), or clinical diagnostics, to lead our commercial strategy across Spain and Portugal. This leadership role is critical in accelerating the adoption of cutting-edge genetic technologies within fertility clinics and laboratories through the development of strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders.

- Design and implement tailored sales strategies for the Iberian assisted reproduction market.
- Drive the adoption of advanced genetic solutions (e.g., PGT, genetic screening, carrier testing) across fertility clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.
- Identify business opportunities and niche markets, collaborating closely with the marketing team to effectively position our product portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinical sales specialists with deep IVF sector expertise.
- Set ambitious yet realistic sales targets for the team and ensure consistent performance tracking.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, commercial excellence, and customer-centricity.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with medical directors, embryologists, geneticists, and procurement leaders in fertility clinics.
- Lead complex negotiations, including framework agreements and tenders.
- Ensure an outstanding client experience from initial engagement through to service implementation.
- Monitor scientific, regulatory, and technological trends within reproductive genetics.
- Analyze competitor activities and gather key market insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Actively participate in industry congresses, specialized trade shows, and professional networks.

- Work closely with medical marketing, operations, regulatory affairs, and technical support teams.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer from the commercial team to scientific support and post-sales teams.
- Coordinate with regional EMEA leadership to align on broader commercial strategies.
- Prepare regular commercial reports, including performance analysis, sales forecasts, and pipeline development.
- Present results to senior management and contribute to the region’s strategic planning process.
