Customer Support:
Logistics Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other channels.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (Dynamics 365)
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex customer cases.
- Monitor customer service performance and recommend improvements based on feedback and trends.
Logistics Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Manage shipping schedules, transportation, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle logistics documentation, including packing lists, shipping labels, and customs paperwork (if applicable).
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
