Product Manager (m/f/d) – CentoDx

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies for CentoDx, aligning with CENTOGENE’s global and regional objectives.
Provide sales enablement and technical training to internal teams, distributors, and clinical partners.
Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops for customers and professionals.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
Serve as the product expert, providing scientific and clinical insights for field activities.
Work with global product and marketing teams on launch planning, content localization, and promotional initiatives.
Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to support product improvement.
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Your profile

Requirements

Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related fields.
Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, clinical diagnostics, IVD, or life science industries.
Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics, NGS workflows, and genetic testing.
Proven experience in delivering product training, demonstrations, and workshops.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical value clearly.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Traditional or Simplified); proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel across the APAC region and work in a cross-functional, international environment.
