Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead and expand our commercial activities in Reproductive Genetics across Europe or a defined European region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our reproductive genetic testing portfolio (including PGT solutions, Carrier Screening and more) as a market leader. This role requires a strong combination of scientific understanding, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills within the IVF and reproductive medicine ecosystem. The candidate can be based somehow in Europe, as we are expecting a full availability to travel across Europe.

- Develop and execute the commercial and business development strategy for Reproductive Genetics in Europe or assigned territories
- Drive growth of the reproductive genetics portfolio
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with IVF clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and key opinion leaders
- Lead negotiations and closing of high-value commercial agreements
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (medical, marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure successful implementation of commercial strategies
- Represent the company at international congresses, conferences, and industry events
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration
- Prepare commercial forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management
