IT Specialist in Valencia (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical point of contact between IT Teams, IT Support, and company subsidiaries, ensuring clear communication and technical alignment.
  • Based in Valencia office, covering a US-aligned schedule, while also providing partial support for the European time zone.
  • Manage and evolve the Microsoft 365 environment, including services related to the modern workplace.
  • Administer and support endpoint management and security using Intune, Microsoft Defender, and other M365 services.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize device provisioning and lifecycle processes using Microsoft Autopilot.
  • Support Windows-based enterprise environments, applying security and Modern Workplace best practices where appropriate.
  • Contribute to IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection, identity-related topics, and incident analysis in collaboration with information security stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support for networking and secure communications, ensuring reliable connectivity and access to corporate services.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving user experience, security posture, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance documentation, internal processes, and security awareness.
Your profile
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Autopilot.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows systems administration in enterprise environments.
  • Good understanding of Modern Workplace and endpoint security principles, including access control and compliance.
  • Experience with networking and secure communications; Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto knowledge is highly valued.
  • Experience with VMware environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions, especially Veeam, is highly valued.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, required for daily collaboration with international teams.
