Your Responsibilities
- Act as the technical point of contact between IT Teams, IT Support, and company subsidiaries, ensuring clear communication and technical alignment.
- Based in Valencia office, covering a US-aligned schedule, while also providing partial support for the European time zone.
- Manage and evolve the Microsoft 365 environment, including services related to the modern workplace.
- Administer and support endpoint management and security using Intune, Microsoft Defender, and other M365 services.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize device provisioning and lifecycle processes using Microsoft Autopilot.
- Support Windows-based enterprise environments, applying security and Modern Workplace best practices where appropriate.
- Contribute to IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection, identity-related topics, and incident analysis in collaboration with information security stakeholders.
- Provide technical support for networking and secure communications, ensuring reliable connectivity and access to corporate services.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving user experience, security posture, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance documentation, internal processes, and security awareness.
