Scheduling exams for private patients and those with insurance coverage
Managing collection schedules and coordinating the nursing team’s shifts
Supporting logistics of test kits (e.g., swabs) and material shipments
Managing access control and assisting front desk operations
Billing & Financial Administration
Handling billing for both private patients and insurance companies
Coding and entering medical claim forms in compliance with TISS/TUSS standards
Issuing electronic invoices (NF-e) for individuals, insurers, and partners
Managing denial appeals (glosas) and tracking accounts receivable
Pre-billing activities and document verification
Setting up new contracts in the system (Matrix)
Organizing and maintaining regulatory and operational documentation
